As you have (hopefully) read many times in the MEAP manual, MEAP will not work if you do not activate the MEAP Key Commands before running.
This is explained many times in the manual and various other places. The Key Commands are vital for MEAP to run properly.
However, we have had reports that in Cubase LE4, the Key Commands do not “stick”.
In other words – You select MEAPKeysV4, run MEAP and all is fine. But then you reopen Cubase LE4 and the MEAP Key Commands need to be selected again.
This seems to be a problem with Cubase LE4 (not with MEAP).
So this is yet another reason to double check those Key Commands before running a large export.
